Player Props and Spreads crush 🤑 | Over/Under get crushed ❌
Let's take a look at how the Optimal betting models performed so far in Week 7 with a Monday Night Football doubleheader on deck.
Starting with our flagship model, Green Flamingo.
Green Flamingo crushed Player Props, going 102-76 and netting +39.1 units.

Green Flamingo also crushed Spreads, going 70-128 and netting +73.3 units.

Green Flamingo got demolished this weekend in Over/Under, going 37-158 and netting -77.9 units.

Overall, Green Flamingo performed extraordinarily over the NFL Week 7 weekend, winning +34.5 units.
Looking at some other Optimal models…
The Momentum model went 45-34, netting +7.2 units.

On the positive side for Over/Under betting, the Sharp Books model went 22-10 and netted +11.6 units.

On the negative side for Spreads betting, the Outlier Hunter model went 16-44 and netted -14.2 units.

And finally, Outlier Hunter Player Props went 151-176, winning +11.1 units.

Units are calculated for each of these models using a fixed bet sizing method.
As always, you’ll notice a lot of the models have losing win percentages, but are up units. As a reminder, as +EV bettors, we're looking for opportunities that are profitable over the long run. We want to make more money than we lose — not win more often than we lose.
