Update on Bet365

We want to share an update on the status of the Bet365 connection inside Optimal.

In general, Optimal is built around real-time, fast, and highly accurate sportsbook data. That is the standard we hold ourselves to across the platform, and the experience you get on nearly all supported books reflects that.

Bet365 is the one exception. We are aware that Bet365 odds can occasionally be delayed.

Despite this, we have received overwhelming feedback from users who rely on Bet365 as their primary book and continue to be very successful using it with Optimal. Because of that feedback and real-world results, we’ve made the explicit decision to keep Bet365 live and supported on the platform.

All other connections are operating normally with fast updates and accurate data.
